Hey all!
Back in February an official ballot on the eFestival of Words site opened for the Best of the Independent eBook Awards, I knew of this site as I frequent Kboards as does the owner. I didn’t think anything of it—jump forward to May I see a post listing the nominees and out of curiosity I checked.
I was utterly gobsmacked (I love this word!) there on the list under Best Fantasy (Contemporary/Urban) was Stephan’s book! I genuinely was not expecting to see it there as the February ballot is not open to the public and you cannot nominate your own book, so not only seeing his book there, but his THIRD book in the series… well I was just floored that someone outside of us thought the book was worth nominating!
There was still a chance it wouldn’t make it as a finalist, as you can imagine I breathed a sigh of relief when they announcement was made on July 15th that the book is indeed a finalist! Here is the direct link to the post: https://bardsandsages.com/efestivalofwords/2018/07/15/2018-finalists/
Notice at the top of the page there is a link for the official voting ballot and here’s where all you lovely readers come in, please, if you are interested in voting for this book (or any book for that matter on the finalists list) please head to the link above!
Thank you for reading, have a great weekend!
Sam
